Delete your Citizenship account

This deletes your Citizenship app account straight away, with everything in it: your email, name and password, practice history, study plans, readiness and mock-exam results, question reports, notification settings and devices. Organizations you shared progress with stop seeing it. It cannot be undone.

You can also do this in the app: Notifications and account, then Delete account. A pass bought in the App Store or Google Play is not refunded by deleting your account; refunds go through the store. See the privacy policy for what we keep.

Forgotten your password? Reset it in the app, or write to support@localhost from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
